1 1/4 c Bisquick
3 TBLS cold butter
2 Tbls boiling water

Filling:
1 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c finely chopped cooked ham
3 Tbls sliced green onions
1 can (8 oz) pineapple tidbits - well drained
3 eggs
3/4 c half and half
1/4 tsp white pepper

Directions:

Heat over to 350-spray 9 in glass pie plate with cooking spray

In medium bowl place Bisquick - cut in butter until crumbly - add boiling water. Stir until soft dough forms. Dip fingers in Bisquick and press dough on bottom and up side of pie plate

Sprinkle cheese, ham, onion and pineapple in crust. In medium bowl beat eggs, half-and-half and pepper until blended. Pour over ingredients in crust

Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional onions if desired
