1 box yellow cake mix
1 can peach pie filling
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup soft butter
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pie filling, eggs, and lemon extract and blend at low speed until moistened. Blend 2 minutes at medium speed. Add the nuts and spread in a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan.

Combine topping ingredients and mix with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over cake batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until cake springs back.

Serve alone or with Cool Whip

I've made this cake many times over the past 20 years for church or club meetings and it always come out moist. The little bit of lemon adds a fresh taste.
