1 pouch certo liquid pectin
2 tbsp lemon juice.
4 cups sugar

1] Combine berries and sugar; Let stand for 10 min., stir occasionally. 2] Add certo and juice; stir 3 min. or until most of the sugar is dissolved. 3] Pour into clean jars or plastic containers; 4] Cover with tight fitting lids. 5] Leave at room temperature for 24 hr. or until set. 6] Freeze up to 1 year or 3 weeks in the refrig.

How to crush strawberries: use a potato masher to crush the berries one layer at a time. For best results, do not use a food processor.
Deep Freeze Strawberries: to freeze place a single layer of berries, stems removed, on cookie sheet and freeze solid. transfer the frozen berries to an airtight plastic container or bag.
