1 boneless pork loin [2lb]
1 can whole cranberry's
1/2 cup tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1tsp dry mustard
3 tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
1] place roast in a 3 qt. slow cooker. Combine the cranberry's, mustard, brown sugar, and lemon juice in small bowl them pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 4 1/2 hr. or up to 160ºF. temp.
2] Remove roast and keep warm. Strain off cooking juice into a 2 cup measuring cup and add enough water to measure 2 cups. Pour in to a sauce pan. Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth then stir into cooking juices and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 min. or until thick. Serve over pork.
