1 peck hot peppers, ground up
3 T salt
1 quart white vinegar
3 lbs brown sugar
1 quart mustard
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup water

Directions:

Add salt, vinegar, sugar and mustard to chopped peppers. Bring to a boil. Mix flour and water, add to peppers mix with a whisk, stirring constantly. simmer 20 minutes. Pour into clean jars and seal
