8 to 10 Green Bell Peppers crowned and deseed
2 lb ground Beef
1 ½ lb ground Pork
1 cup uncooked minute rice
1 cup bread crumbs
2/3 cup Romano cheese
1 tbsp diced Garlic
3 Eggs
1 qt pasta sauce (substitute1 can tomato soup and1 can water)
½ tsp cracked black pepper
¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

Directions:

Pierce the bottom of pepper with knife, rub with olive oil and set upright in lasagna dish or equivalent. Add all other ingredients and mix in 1 cup pasta sauce or ½ can tomato soup in large bowl and mix well. Gently push mixture into peppers and massage to fill pepper completely without cracking pepper. Pour pasta sauce over stuffed peppers or fill the tomato soup can with water and mix remaining ½ cup with water. Pour over peppers, cover with tin foil, and pierce foil.
Bake at 380 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
