1/3 cup veg. oil
1 tbsp water
1 cup raisins

Place the oven rack in the center position. preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake on greased cookie sheet. 1]Combine all five ingredients with the mixing spoon in the bowl until moistened and smooth. [Small lumps are fine.] 2] Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. 3] Bake for 10-15 min, until golden brown. 4] Let stand for two min.to cool. 5] Remove from cookie sheet and place on waxed paper. let cool completely.
