bread crumbs
milk
2 eggs
olive oil

Directions:
Cut bread into 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl. Sprinkle a little olive oil onto bread. Mix in the eggs, and sprinkle milk over bread to soak it. Not too soggy, not too dry!!!! Let it rest for a while. Add breadcrumbs. Mix it well, squeezing it through your fingers. It should be a firm mixture. Not too soggy!

Wet your hands and form round dumplings, and place them in a pot of boiling salt water. Quickly add the rest of the dumplings and simmer for about 9 minutes. They should swim on top of the pot. Take out and serve.
