3 lbs 75% Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork
2 cup Bread Crumbs (Progresso Italian seasoned)
1 ½ cup Romano grated cheese (pecorino)
4 tbsp dried parsley or 1/2 of a bunch of fresh parsley, leafs only
1 tsp course ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
5 large eggs (whisked)
2/3 cup light cream
2 tbsp Garlic diced in Olive oil
3 tbsp fresh basil chopped fine or dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all above ingredients and continue to mix by hand for approximately 10 to 15 minutes to mix well. Allow to rest in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Gently roll into meatballs and place on cookie sheet, bake for 15 to 17 min on 385 degrees, do not turn meatballs over. Drain grease and add meatballs to sauce.
