Chocolate Chip cookie dough
Double Stuff Oreos
Brownie mix

Directions:
All you need is a basic chocolate chip cookie recipe (I used pre-packaged Toll House dough), 1 package double stuffed Oreos, a family-sized brownie mix, (use a good one like triple chocolate chunk), one regular size box of brownie mix comes up a little short so be sure the mix is for a 9x13 Pyrex type pan or get two mixes. If you get two you won't need all of it so be prepared to have a little extra. Line a 9×13 baking dish with wax paper and spray with cooking spray. You don’t have to line it, but it sure makes it easier to get them out! Take your cookie dough and spread it in the bottom of the pan. Cover the cookie dough with Oreos. Pour brownie batter over it until it fills up all the empty spaces and is smooth on top. Pop this into a 350º F oven for 45-55 minutes. It will be gooey. However, remove it from the oven and let it stand for several hours until room temp. Cut it like brownies and serve it with one small scoop of Vanilla Bean ice cream on top. Watch the faces of whoever eats it melt off onto the floor....enjoy!
