Ingredients:

1/2 gallon 2% Milk (about 7-8 cups)
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook biscuits as directed. Crumble sausage in large, heavy skillet until cooked completely. Drain fat. In a large bowl, mix milk and flour until flour is dissolved (this is your gravy). On high heat, gradually pour gravy over sausage. Stir constantly until a hard boil. Reduce heat to a rolling boil, continually stirring, until gravy reaches desired consistency (taste test and if gravy is too watery, keep cooking). Season with salt and pepper. Pour over hot biscuits and serve!
