Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 - 4 flat anchovy fillets
1 large egg (parboiled)
2/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. minced garlic
3 lbs. romaine lettuce
2 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
To make dressing process first 7 ingredients in blender or food processor until thick & smooth. Transfer to jar or tight fitting dish with lid and refrigerate not more that 15 minutes. Before serving, mix lettuce, croutons & parmesan cheese in large salad bowl. Shake dressing, pour over salad & toss to mix.
