1 cup evaporated milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 large can coconut
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Cook over double boiler
until thickened.
Add coconut and drained pineapple.
Let cool a few minutes and frost cake.
