2 c. sugar

3 eggs

1 c. Wesson oil

2 jars plum baby food

1 tsp. red food coloring

2 c. self rising flour

1 c. evaporated milk

Add 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. soda to flour.
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Can substitute peach baby food and yellow food coloring.
