Ingredients:
1 boneless leg of lamb
6 medium red potatoes, cubed
2 medium onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
8 oz. plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from lamb and cut into large size cubes (these will cook down quite small). Heat oil in large pot and add garlic; cook until brown. Add lamb and top with potatoes and onions. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add a small amount of water to avoid burning. When potatoes are soft and meat is cooked through, remove from heat. Serve with plain yogurt for dipping. Very tasty!

Personal Notes:
From the Hrize side of the family, my mom used to make this and I loved it growing up. Simple version of your basic "meat and potatoes", but if you like the flavor of lamb, this one's for you!
