3 - 13.8 oz Pillsbury Pizza Crusts Classic Tubes
24 – 3” to 4” Sausage’s (casing removed) (hot or sweet)
24 - Pieces Provolone Cheese (sliced thin)
1 to 2 - cups flour for dusting
1 – 1/4 lb of butter melted

Directions: (preheat oven to 375 degrees)
* Remove casing from each piece of sausage by slicing lengthwise and massage sausage to approximately 4” to 5” inches in length, with out destroying the long shape.
* Place on cookie sheet side by side and bake in oven for 15 minutes (no need to flip).
* Remove and place on paper towels to remove excess grease and allow these to cool.
* Once cool place in refrigerator.

(Increase heat of oven to 400 degrees)
* Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
* Melt butter in microwave for 2 minutes and set aside.
* Dust flour on a flat surface, and roll out the pizza crust with rolling pin to a thin crust. * Cut the crust with a pizza cutter into approximately 10 square pieces.
* Take one piece of sausage and wrap with one piece of cheese and place corner to corner in pizza crust folding the ends over closest to sausage ends and rolling gently until completely sealed and closed. Place on the cookie sheet until filled but not touching the others. Continue until all sausages are in the crusts.
Bake for 13 minutes without turning. Brush the crusts with butter all over and bake for 3 minutes more until starting to turn Golden Brown on top and remove from oven and serve now or allow these to cool on paper towels. Once cool, place in individual plastic baggies and refrigerate.
