30gms ghee
1 cup coconut milk
2 ¾ cup fresh grated coconut
1 cup full cream milk powder
½ cup water
1 cup sugar
1tsp ground cardamom
½ cup shelled chopped pistachio nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease a square flat pan, cover the base and sides with foil and grease foil.

Melt ghee in medium saucepan add coconut milk, coconut, combines milk powder and water, sugar, cardamom and nuts. Mix well. Bring the mixture to boil, reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Spoon mixture into prepared pan, smooth surface. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into square and serve.
