3/4 cup apple cider, rice or white vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons dry hot mustard or Chinese mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pasteurized egg product to equal one large egg (see note)
1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup corn syrup

* 2 cups vegetable oil
* 1 cup sugar
* 3/4 cup ketchup
* 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
* 2 tablespoons dry mustard

1. 1 Mix all ingredients well in a blender.
2. 2 Enjoy with your favorite chicken, egg rolls, or whatever your heart desires!
3. 3 Refrigerate leftover sauce.
