1 lb cod fillet, patted dry
1 T Dijon or Lemon Dill Mustard
2 T Honey
1 T Mayo
1/4 C Panko bread crumbs
1/4 C chopped pecans
1/4 C parmesan
olive oil for drizzling

Directions:
Directions:
450º oven
In small bowl, combine mustard, honey and mayo, mix until smooth.
In another bowl combine panko, pecans and parmesan
Brush top of cod with mustard mixture, sprinkle with crumbs, drizzle with oil
Bake 450º 10 minutes until fish flakes.
