8 pieces of thin chicken breasts
Speck cut into strips, OPTIONAL
1 onion cubed or onion powder
2 cloves of garlic crushed or garlic out of the jar
2 Tbsp. of sweet paprika
flour to dip chicken in
bit of butter, not necessary
1 can of diced tomatoes
250g sour cream
salt and pepper
finely chopped parsley, or dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Dip the chicken in flour.
Put the Speck into a little bit of oil, or ONLY oil and fry the onion and garlic in that fat. Add 2 tablespoons of paprika to the onion and garlic.

Put the chicken in and fry for a few minutes on both sides. Add a little butter or more oil.
Put one can of diced tomatoes onto chicken. Add salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Put 250g sour cream over the chicken. Sprinkle parsley on top. Voila!

This meal is absolutely grand!
