100g unsalted butter
100g cooking chocolate (grated)
100g ground almonds (without the peel)
200g icing sugar

Directions:

Mix butter and sugar well.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Form little balls and place them onto a lightly buttered baking tray.
Oven must not be too hot - about 100º Celsius. The 'Busserln' should rather dry than bake. That is really important !!

These Christmas biscuits are melting in your mouth.

Store them in a tin, lined with aluminum foil.

This is a very old family recipe.
