1 (1lb.) pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage

6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced

1 medium onion, chopped

1 1/2 c. milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 (16oz pkg) Kraft cheese, sliced or grated

salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. In casserole dish, layer sausage, potatoes, onion and cheese. Mix milk and soup together. Pour over potatoes. Repeat once or twice. Layer cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 375º for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until cheese is toasted.
