2 lbs pork tenderloin
1 red and or green pepper
1/2 cup onion,chopped
3 g cloves,garlic chopped
1 tsp dried rosemary
3/4 cup white wine
1 onion
juice from two lemons
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
To make the marinade, mix the lemon juice with 1//2 cup onion,thyme,garlic,olive oil,rosemary,oregano and wine.Prepare marinade in morning or night before. Cut pork into 1 inch cubes and place with marniade in large ziplock freezer bags. Place in refrigerator overnight or preferably for 4 to 6 hours,turning occasionally. Cut peppers and onions into 1 inch pieces.Insert meat onto skewers with alternating peppers and onions between each piece of pork.Place on medium hot BBQ and turn frequently usings tongs. Remove when cooked and drizzle with juice from ledge wedges before serving.
