1 box Chicken flavored Rice a Roni

1/2 - 1 lb. ground sausage

1 c. onion, chopped

1/2 c. cheese, grated

1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
Directions:
Directions:
Cook Rice a Roni according to package. Roll sausage into 1" balls and brown. Place half of rice in greased 1 quart casserole dish. Layer half of sausage balls and onion on top of rice. Repeat this procedure.
Sprinkle cheese on top layer of sausage. Dilute soup with 1/2 can of water. Pour over cheese. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
