1 pkg. (16oz.) Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough

1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese - softened

1/3 c. sugar

1 pkg. (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding

1 pint half and half

1/4 c. nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Roll cookie dough into ball and press into 9" x 12" dish. Bake for 12 minutes or until brown. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Set aside.

Combine half and half and instant pudding. Whisk until thick and let stand until firm - about 5 minutes. Spread cream cheese mixture on cookie base. Layer pudding over cream cheese, Chop nuts and sprinkle over pudding. Chill until served.
