1 box sugar-free lemon or yellow cake mix.
I large jar of sugar-free Raspberry Preserves or jam
1 tub fat free Cool Whip.
Fresh Raspberries.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the cake per instructions in an 13x9" pan.
Let cool, then invert onto waxed paper.
Using a serrated knife cut the cake in half horizontally.
Spread the Preserves over the bottom half, then replace the top.
Put cake back into pan and top with the Cool Whip.
Keep cold until ready to serve.
Garnish with fresh raspberries.
