16 oz. wide egg noodles
1 c. butter
1 c. light cream (1/2 and 1/2 will do)
2 c. grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles. While noodles, cook, heat butter and cream in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Keep warm over low heat. Return drained noodles to kettle. Pour sauce over noodles, stirring gently until noodles are covered.

Kraft Parmesan works just fine. This is good as a side or a main dish. Add cooked chicken or shrimp if you like.
