Ingredients:
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

2 lbs. ground beef

3 eggs

1 c. water

1/2 c. ketchup

2 pieces of 7 grain Hearty Classic bread
(for bread crumbs rub bread between hands)
OR 3/4 c. plain dried bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in 9"x 9" square pan uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. I spoon off the standing grease when meat comes out of oven for a leaner dish. Serve with homemade mash potatoes and green veggie for a perfect dinner!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Ground venison can be substituted for ground beef. I fooled many a person using ground venison and they thought it was delicious.
