4 bags Cheese Tortellini
1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
1 Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
2-cup Broccoli flowerets
2-can’s Artichokes drained and quartered
1 Vidalia (or sweet) onion diced
1½-cup’s white cheddar cheese cubed
1½ cup’s yellow sharp cheese cubed
1 tbsp McCormick salad supreme (sprinkle over and stir)
1 tsp Basil
½ tsp course ground black pepper
1 large bottle of Italian Salad Dressing (I use Wishbone)
1 cup Pimento olives sliced
1 cup Black Olives sliced
1 tbsp garlic diced in olive oil
1 cup Grape tomatoes optional

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tortellini (15min) and drain, they will be somewhat firm, submerge in very cold water to stop cooking process, when cool, drain water completely add all ingredients listed above and stir after each is added. Add ¾ of the salad dressing and stir well. Cover and refrigerate. In 3 to 4 hrs add the remainder of salad dressing then garnish with Basil leaves. *If this is in fridge for 14 hrs or so you may want to add more salad dressing as tortellini sucks it up.
