Olive Oil
Onions
Salt, Pepper
Ginger powder
Cinnamon sticks
Saffron
Prunes, dried apricots, almonds
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook over low heat, spicy meat with oil and onions cut into small pieces.
After 3 minutes, cover with water and cook to reduce.

In a saucepan caramelize the fruit with sugar and cinnamon (you can substitute dried fruit with fresh fruit)
Peel the almonds and let soak

Gather everything in one dish Tagine, restart the boil and serve immediately.
