2 bags Boil in Bag rice
1 lb. boneless pork ribs
3-4 eggs scrambled
1 medium onion, diced
Worchestershire Sauce
cooking oil
1 bag of frozen mixed peas and carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the rice according to directions. Set aside. Slice the pork ribs into 1/4" slices. Fry pork in 2 tbls. oil until browned. Set aside on a plate. Saute onion until translucent. Return pork to skillet with onion. Add rice. Add enough Worchestershire Sauce to turn the rice brown. Add peas and carrots. Continue cooking on medium heat, stirring occasionally ,until hot and vegetables and pork are tender. Serve hot.
