1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 T. finely chopped onion
1 B. sugar
3/4 c. cheese crackers, crumbled
2 T. butter
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg. Stir in corn, milk, green pepper, onion, sugar, and 1/2 c, cracker crumbs. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with remaining crackers and paprika.
Microwave on 70% power for 15 to 20 minutes. or until a knife inserted in the edge comes out clean. Allow to stand for 15 minutes until center is set.
