4 sq unsweetened chocolate ( I use Hershey's)
1 stick unsalted butter
1 Box powered sugar
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter in small bowl placed over simmering water, do not let bowl touch water. Once melted, allow to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, milk and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture.
Place bowl in a pan filled with ice and water and beat with a wooden spoon until frosting becomes thick.
