Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pork chops
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Before opening the onion soup mix, use hands to mash it up, as to make the bits of onion smaller. Open and pour into small bowl, and add the flour. This is your seasoning. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. It is ready when a pinch of seasoning sizzles when tossed in. Coat pork chops liberally in seasoning on both sides. Place in oil for 30 seconds on each side, as to sear it. After searing the second side, flip over again and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and serve.
