Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Whole Chicken or Turkey (medium size)
1-2 tbls. salt
1-2 tbls. pepper
1-2 tbls. onion powder
1-2 tbls. garlic powder
Soy Sauce (juice glass full)
Olive Oil
Food Injector

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Pour olive oil into baking pan, just enough to coat and to avoid sticking. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder as your seasoning. Remove giblets from chicken or turkey and set aside. Rinse off both inside and outside of bird and lay in pan. Rinse off giblets and replace in the bird, as well as pour in your seasoning. Fill injector completely with soy sauce and inject small amounts into breasts, legs, sides, in between legs, etc, until all main areas of the bird have been injected. Whatever soy sauce remains in glass, pour inside and over bird. If none is left, use soy sauce bottle if desired. Drizzle a little olive oil over bird and sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder over bird. Bake in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until juices run clear.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can also prepare a small chicken/turkey this same way and cook in a large crock-pot (with or without potatoes, veggies, etc) on low for about 5 hours. But be prepared if using the crock-pot ... the meat will literally fall off the bones and you must watch out for the long, super skinny bones as well as small ones!!
