1/3 c. water
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder (optional)
chives or dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and bouillon until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese and onion powder. Garnish with chives or dill weed if desired.
