1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup honey
salt to taste
4 boneless chicken breast

Directions:
Saute butter, garlic and onion in pan. Add curry powder, honey and salt. Pour over chicken breast and bake 1 hour @ 350º. Baste with the sauce while baking. Serves 4.
