2 ½ cup cubed turkey (or chicken)
1 ½ cup sour cream, divided
3 tsp. taco seasoning, divided
1 can cream of mushroom soup, divided (or can use cream of chicken if you prefer that)
1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 small onion, chopped
½ cup salsa
¼ cup sliced ripe olives
10 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine turkey, ½ cup sour cream, 1 ½ tsp taco seasoning, half the soup, 1 cup of cheese, onion, salsa, and olives. Put 1/3 cup of filling on each tortilla and roll up, place seam side down in greased 9x13 pan. Combine the rest of the sour cream, taco seasoning, and soup. Pour over the tortillas. Cover and bake 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
