2 12 lb ground meat, beef, pork or lamb
1 /4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cayenne
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/4 tsp MSG
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder

Sauce

1/2 c canned evaporated milk
2/3 c white sugar
1/4 c white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
300º
Mix all meet ingredients well, (with hands)
form mixture into 2 loafs
place on rack over cookie sheet lined with foil
bake 300º oven - 2 hours
Cool and slice thin

Sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil stirring until mixture thickens

To serve:

Heat small amount of oil in skillet
Dunk pita bread into water, shake off water and drop in hot skillet for a few minutes - flip.
Spread bread with sauce layer meat with diced onion and tomato
Garnish with chopped parsley,
