Crust:
1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
2 sticks butter, melted
1 egg
1/3 c sliced almonds (toasted is best)

Topping:
8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
2 sticks butter, melted
1 lb confectioner's sugar
1/2 t Almond extract 3/4 t Amaretto Liquore
1/3 c sliced toasted almonds


Directions:
Directions:
Make crust and press into pan sprayed with pam.
Topping: Beat cream cheese and confectioner's sugar together, Slowly add eggs and melted butter with extract. Pour into pans and top with remaining sliced almonds.

You can toast almonds in oven about 2-3 minutes. Stir and turn over and bake for another 2-3 minutes at 350 degrees. I am liberal with the almonds to decorate the top nicely. From "MTC" bakery.
