6 pieces skinless chicken thighs
8 medium potatoes (sliced)
5 cloves garlic
1 ½ cups lemon juice
1 ½ cups water
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Wash chicken and place each piece in the pan. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on each piece.

Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Add the potatoes to the pan, placing the slices on top of the chicken.

Crush garlic. Add lemon juice and water to the crushed garlic. Add the remaining salt and pepper. Add liquid to the chicken and potatoes and cover pan with tin foil. Cook in 350° oven for approximately 1 ½ hours.

This meal is definitely a favorite for many people. Who doesn’t like chicken and potatoes? Here, they are cooked together in the oven with a mix of lemon juice and garlic. The potatoes become so lemony during the cooking process and just melt in your mouth.
