1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
dash salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 16 meatballs. Brown meatballs, pour off fat. Mix soup, sour cream and water together. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over egg noodles.
