Directions:
Make your favorite mashed potatoes with cheese added, and keep them warm. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a hot skillet, add the olive oil, butter, ground beef and Worcester, garlic and onion and brown the meat. When meat is browned, add the salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 min minutes more over medium heat, stirring often and turn to a simmer. Remove excess fat juice. Add the gravy and cook until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Add the corn, parsley and remove from heat. Taste the mixture and add more salt and pepper if you like. Place in a lasagna pan evenly and spread top with the warm mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the potato tops are golden brown.
