3 - Tbsp Olive oil
1 - Large Onions, chopped fine
64 oz cup Chicken stock
2 (sm) Zucchini (shredded with skin, use cheese grater)
2 (sm) Summer Squash (shredded with skin, use cheese grater)
˝ cup Celery (diced)
1/2 cup Small Pasta (pastina)
1 - Tsp Lemon juice
1 - Tsp Garlic (diced)
2 - Tbsp fresh Chervil (chopped)
3 - Tbsp Romano Cheese (grated)
1 to 2lb - Boneless Chicken Breasts (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pan and add onions and cook for 7 min until soft.
Add chicken and add to pan. Sauté for additional 7 minutes and add stock and bring to boil.
Turn down to simmer, add the remainder of ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer for 40 minutes and serve.

Optional; swirl Sour Cream on top while serving in bowl.
