2 lb ground beef or any ground meat you like.
1 small bunch parsley (finely chopped) or 3 tbs dried parsley
1 small onion (minced)
1½ tsp salt
1/4 tsp black peppers
1/4 tsp all-spice
1 tbs tomato paste
1 bunch of skewers for the kababs
(soak the skewer in a tub of water before using them)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, onion, pepper, salt, black pepper, all-spice and the tomato paste. Then mix it very well to combine. Portion the meat into 4 oz. balls and press it onto the skewer across the stick. Use water as you go to smooth the meat out. Place the meat on a tray lined with wax paper. Place in the fridge until you are ready to grill. Serve with pita bread or rice.
