2 pork tenderloins
3 T Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub (from HEB)
2 T Adams Reserve Smoked Hickory Sear and Crust (optional)
1 jar Texas on the plate Soppin Sauce (from HEB)

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the fat and cut pork tenderloins into 1 inch medallions. Season the medallions in a gallon Ziploc with the All Purpose Rub and Sear and Crust seasoning. Pour ½ the jar of the Soppin' Sauce in the Ziploc and refrigerate for about 20 mins. Warm a large skillet over med-high heat then pour bag contents in the skillet and saute for about 10 mins or until cooked. Add the remaining Soppin' Sauce and simmer for about 2 mins and serve.
