3 Cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 eggs beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center of the flour and add eggs.
Mix and knead.
Add milk as needed to make a dry ball.
Place dough ball on floured work surface.
Knead.
Cut ball in two.
Roll out thin using lots of flour.
Cut in half and fold.
Cut into thin strips and separate sprinkling with flour to keep them from sticking together.
Spread out on a floured surface and let dry for a little bit.
