2 c. whole wheat flour, plus a little extra to dust the work surface
1 T. baking powder
1 c. unsalted, natural peanut butter
1 c. skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir together flour and baking powder, set aside.
Lightly coat 2 baking sheets with non-stick spray and set aside.
Place peanut butter and milk in a large bowl, mix until combined. Stir in the flour mixture. Using a mixer, beat on medium until ingredients are combined.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into desired shapes using a cookie cutter. Place on reserved baking sheets and place in a preheated 350ºF oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets and let cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
