12 soft shelled crabs, cleaned
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
6 tsp margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cayenne in shallow dish. Combine flour and breadcrumbs in another dish. Dip crabs in milk and eggs. Roll in flour mixture. Place1/2 tsp margarine on each crab. Cook at 400º F for 8 to 10 minutes until tender and brown.
