1 head of cabbage.
1 to 2 lbs of hamburger
1 onion
1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
1 or 2 cans of saur kraut.
1 or 2 cups of rice
seasonings...salt, pepper, nature seasoning, oregano,

Directions:
Tear away 10 leaves or how ever many rolls you want to make.
blanch them in boiling water till they start to get tender (they may tear some). set them aside.
Boil 1 or 2 cups of rice.
combine cooked rice with hamburger, seasonings & chopped onion...mix well.
wrap up the hamburger mixture in the boiled leaves.
Put toothpick thru them to hold together.
set all aside.
Cut up remainder of raw cabbage in chucks.
In crockpot, place layer of raw cabbage, then top with cabbage rolls, some stewed tomatoes and some saur kraut. repeat steps.
Add some water, maybe 1 or 2 cups.
Turn crockpot on medium to high
Let cook for 4 to 6 hours or so depending on what temperature you use.
